| Hmmmm... beginnings |
| Hi there! I'm Jim, and I'm new to all this, and still am contemplating just how to describe myself and what I want to do here in this new medium. But, it's 2am-something and I have to get SOME sleep before going to my dog of a job where people I try to but often can't help (through the fault of my fellow employees) yell at me most of the day. It pays my bills for now, working where I do, and I get to practice that time-honored and lost art of being nice to people who probably don't deserve it in the least. It certainly gets a person like myself to think deeply about karma and the relationship to thankless jobs. Well, it's more incentive to continue looking for better things and staying positive, as in the next mean person on the phone may be the last one I have there ever. More to follow later. |
